Propofol interacts with Droperidol
The antiemetic effects of PROPOFOL is diminished by concurrent administration of DROPERIDOL. Use PROPOFOL alone.
Resulting In: Vomiting, Nausea Coadministration of Droperidol and Propofol may increase the frequency of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
Succinylcholine Chloride interacts with Propofol
Use an alternative agent if possible; if not, premedicate with Atropine before giving PROPOFOL.
Resulting In: bradycardia Concomitant use of Propofol and Succinylcholine Chloride can potentiate some adverse effects.
