Carmustine interacts with Cimetidine
Avoid this combination unless no other options are available.
Cimetidine may increase the myelosuppressive effects of Carmustine and possibly increase the risk of toxicity.
Carmustine interacts with Digoxin
Monitor for loss of effectiveness of DIGOXIN. Increase dose of DIGOXIN if necessary.
Carmustine may reduce the serum levels and pharmacological effects of Digoxin.
Carmustine interacts with Phenytoin Sodium, Prompt
Monitor serum PHENYTOIN levels and adjust dose of PHENYTOIN as necessary.
