Alteplase Recombinant interacts with Nitroglycerin
Avoid this drug combination if possible. Use the lowest possible effective dose of NITROGLYCERIN if necessary and realizing that the thrombolytic effects of ALTEPLASE may not be optimal. Consider using an alternative thrombolytic agents.
Nitroglycerin may reduce the serum levels and pharmacological effects of Alteplase Recombinant.
